Buildings Sum Insured (£)

This figure is the cost to rebuild and NOT the purchase price. It should include all fixtures and fittings e.g. fitted kitchens including integrated electrical appliance, fitted wardrobes/cupboards or air-conditioning units. If you also own a garage or storeroom the amount it would cost to rebuild also needs to be included in the building sum insured
