  sorry didn,t write sooner been away from comp for a while. i am writing to thank you for whatever strong arm tactics  you must have employed when you dealt with my claim last time. after your e-mail the cheque had cleared my bank by the tuesday "the fastest it has ever done" so i salute your perservereance and thank you for a speedy conclusion last time out.
