Heather ProsserHeather Prosser began in insurance with Eagle Star during 1972, staying with them until joining a broker in 1987. Most of the years since have been spent working for HSBC Insurance, until she moved to our Claims Department in 2006. Heather gained her CII Certificate of Proficiency in 1987, her Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law from the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) in 2004/2005 and is currently taking further examinations.
